1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B2Bs.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when submitting sites or registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Use of the Directory

The directory is provided for lawful B2B discovery. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, spam, adult, gambling, or low-quality content. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our editorial discretion.

4. Paid Placements

Paid placements (Category Top Pin — Annual, VIP Brand Showcase — Annual) are billed annually and renew at the end of each billing cycle (automatically or manually, at your choice). Placement is subject to editorial review and our content guidelines. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or remove a placement that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All Service content, trademarks, and software are owned by B2Bs or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it within the directory.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of directory listings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2Bs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any paid placement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; paid placements end at the conclusion of the paid period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which B2Bs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
